Shipping Policy

We deliver pan-India — all 28 states and 8 Union Territories. Remote areas may take 1–2 additional days.

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–3 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas / North-East / J&K: 5–7 business days

Deliveries happen Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM.

• Orders ₹1,999 and above: FREE delivery
• Orders below ₹1,999: Flat ₹70 shipping charge

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.

• Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched the next business day
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
1. Photograph/video the package before opening
2. Document the damage inside
3. Report to us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 85802 57424)
