2 Eligible for Refund / Replacement
You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:
• You received the wrong product
• Product arrived damaged or defective
• Product is missing pages or severely misprinted
• Order was lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

4 Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot process refunds for:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Products that have been used, written in, or damaged by the buyer
• Orders where the correct product was delivered as described
• Digital products once accessed

5 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, if the order has been dispatched, a refund will only be processed if the product is returned unused and in original condition.
