However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Service is completely accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

Many products, such as coaching notes, are reproductions or reprints of materials originally created by third-party coaching institutions (e.g., Vision IAS, Next IAS).

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

3.1. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability, error in pricing, or suspected fraud.

3.2. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. UPSC STORE does not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers or banking details. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the chosen payment gateway.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

All purchases are subject to our dedicated policies:

Shipping Policy: Governs all delivery timelines, costs (including the fixed ₹60 charge for orders under ₹999 and free shipping above ₹999), and procedures for lost/damaged shipments.
Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy: Governs all aspects of order cancellation, product returns (which are limited to defective/damaged items within 7 days), and refund processing timelines.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms of these respective policies.

If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
